What kind of parking is provided?
Free parking is provided to all employees and visitors with some designated parking areas for visitors and couriers at each building. Parking decks are patrolled regularly by Security officers who can also provide escorts to your vehicle at any time of day or night.
Where can I drop off mail and overnight shipments?
Drop boxes for USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex are located in each building’s mailroom.
Does the Atlanta Galleria Office Park have a smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Each building and the Galleria Gardens has a designated smoking area.
Making a service request
How do I make a work or service request?
Galleria Property Management offers the ability to enter service requests over the web. You can make requests online and monitor the status from start to finish at any time of the day or night.
When you make a request via iTendantOffice, the request is sent directly to the appropriate building engineer via his pager. Contact Galleria Property Management at (770) 859-1250 to learn more about this on-line service.

The Galleria Property Management team has years of experience helping tenants through the move transition, and has developed a check-list of items to consider. Do my employees get access cards?
The access control system includes card readers and alarm points that monitor critical doors throughout the Atlanta Galleria Office Park. Card readers are located at the primary entrances of each building and in elevator lobbies. Access cards are issued by Galleria Security to each employee as part of the initial move-in process. There is a $10.00 fee for each additional or replacement card issued after that time. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to Galleria Security so that they can be deleted from the system. Contact Galleria Security at (770) 955-6198.
How can we participate in recycling?
The Atlanta Galleria Office Park supports your efforts to be environmentally conscious and offers services to help you meet your green goals by operating a comprehensive "single-stream" recycling program. Newspaper, Plastic, Glass, Aluminum, Paper & Card Board are all recycled with this program. For more information contact Galleria Property Management at (770) 859-1250.
Security
How is Security handled?
Galleria Security is on-duty 24/7, including holidays. The Security Operations Center is located on the basement level of Galleria 200, next to the loading dock, and can be reached at (770) 955-6198.
Building entrances are locked from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday. Employees must use their access cards to enter the building during these times, or arrange for access through the Property Manager.
The parking deck is patrolled regularly throughout the day and evening. Additionally, security cameras are located in the parking deck elevators, parking deck entrances and at building entrances. These cameras are continually monitored.
How can I get an escort to my car?
Security is available 24/7 to provide you with an escort. Simply call (770) 955-6198 and security personnel will escort you to your car.
