This is the Call To Action page. This form will include a variety of fields identified in the Requirements spec including the Opt-In checkboxes for Newsletter, Event Alerts, Networking, etc. A discussion with CKP is needed to determine how form submissions will be handled internally. For example, if someone Opts-In to the newsletter, then who at CKP will oversee this program and how do they want to execute a newsletter campaign, or any type of email broadcast to the list(s)?

What we have budgeted is a ‘simple’ integration with a 3rd party email campaign tool such as Constant Contact. This ‘simple’ integration will allow all form submission data to be automatically uploaded to the 3rd party tool. It will also manage Opt-Outs.

Note: There are recurring Monthly fees for the 3rd party campaign management tools and CKP will be responsible for those ongoing charges.
